Today, MBI is the world leader in the supply of top quality modular steel buildings for the petrochemical, offshore, 'homeland' security/military, and correctional markets. In line with MBI's commitment to top quality products and service, we are ISO 9001:2000 Certified. ISO Certification requires that we continuously monitor our performance, as well as, the quality and performance of our suppliers. The certification ensures that a consistant set of operation and quality procedures are adhered to; this includes thorough documentation and inspection of each and every project.

MBI operates two facilities combining for nearly 250,000 sq. ft. of enclosed production area, along with 30 acres of staging area. Within these facilities, fabrication bays, outfitting/finishing bays, paint and blast booths, and a mill-shop, giving MBI the capabilities of completing every aspect of each project, in-house.

Along with extensive fabrication and machining capabilities, MBI also has in-house engineering and detailed design departments. Engineers and design personnel utilize 'state of the art' tools in the develpment of designs including ANSYS Finite Element techniques, 3-D parametric design, as well as, 2-D/3-D CAD drafting. Engineering and design capabilities, paired with fabrication and machining capabilities, allow MBI to complete any size job, even ones under the most stringent time constraints.
