Over the years, MBI has developed several standard building layouts. The most common of these 12x40 layouts are open, two offices, two offices with restroom, men’s restroom, women’s restroom. These buildings are pre-engineered and can be manufactured for purchase with short lead times.
Realizing the needs of its customers to have quick access to cost effective portable solutions for temporary applications, MBI has also developed a fleet of these standard buildings that are available to our customers for lease. MBI offers competitive rates and flexible leasing packages, including lease to purchase, for short or long term turnaround and maintenance projects. With
hundreds of buildings in that fleet today, MBI can respond quickly to customers needs for cost effective protective building systems.
